Chang manages all transfer student recruitment practices, application review and credit evaluation for international students. She also assists with freshman recruitment and application review.
Originally from China, Chang traveled to the U.S. for her undergraduate studies and has personally experienced the triumphs and challenges of life as an international student. Along the way, she has assisted and guided countless families with questions ranging from application process to cultural adjustment. After serving in the International Student Services office of the Community College of Philadelphia, Chang joined Temple University in 2012. Due to the depth of her personal and professional experience in international education, many international students count on her as their top resource for admission and day-to-day campus inquiries.
Chang’s favorite spot at Temple is O’Connor Plaza and Founder’s Garden--beautiful green spaces in the heart of campus. One of her favorite spots in the city is Penn’s Landing, and she loves all the food at Temple and around Philadelphia, especially delicious Korean food.
