Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit your request at least three weeks before the day you would like to visit.
You will receive an automatic summary upon submission of your request. This is not your visit confirmation. Requests are reviewed within two to three business days of submission. Once the request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent, typically within one week of the approval.
We will not be able to accommodate more than one date/time change per request. If you need to change your request more than once, please call our office at 215-204-4617 (press "0") and ask for one of our group tour coordinators, Chris or Delores. You will need to submit another form; be sure only one person from your school/organization is placing the request.
We offer a 15-minute grace period in case your group is running late for any reason. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a guide for a campus tour after this time. However, we will offer your group a self-guided map, which includes a 30-minute walking tour of the campus.

Due to the high demand of group tours, we are only able to accommodate high school students in groups of no more than 50 at a time during the school year (September through May). During the summer months (June through August), all age groups and organizations of no more than 50 people at a time are welcome to tour.
