Travel with Temple Pre-College to Rome

Pre-College Study Abroad: Rome is an exciting 10-day program that invites students entering grades 10, 11, or 12 to travel to Rome, Italy to experience what life would be like as an undergraduate student at Temple University Rome.

Home to one of the oldest and most prestigious US university programs in Italy, Temple University Rome prepares students to become global citizens by equipping them with enhanced cross-cultural, linguistic, analytic, and problem-solving skills.

Through this unique 10-day program, you will learn from Temple Rome faculty as a member of a small group of American and international students, using Rome itself as your classroom. You'll explore Italy's past, present, and future through interdisciplinary, hands-on lessons and activities and discover why Rome is known as the Eternal City.

This program allows you to survey multiple topics, with workshops that change each day. Topics may include Italian history, Italian art and architecture, Italian language, Roman mythology, the Mafia in modern Italy, photography, environmental sustainability, food culture, and international business. Workshops (with the exception of Italian language) are taught in English by multi-lingual Temple Rome professors.
