Summer pre-college students who are enrolled in courses or workshops taking place on campus have the option to live on campus in a residence hall. Living on campus is often one of the most exciting parts of your pre-college experience.
Residential students will
- live with a roommate in a campus residence hall,
- eat their meals in campus dining facilities,
- explore Temple's campus, and
- experience the city of Philadelphia through fun field trips.
2024 Housing Fees
$2,050 for two weeks (Sunday arrival and Friday departure with one weekend)
$3,800 for four weeks (Sunday arrival and Friday departure with three weekends)
The housing fee includes space in a campus residence hall (most rooms are double occupancy), meals and snacks every day, priority access to evening and weekend activities and field trips, transportation to evening and weekend activities, and 24/7 supervision.
Enrolling in Housing
Most students choose to enroll in housing when they apply for their program. However, if you need more time, you can also add housing after you receive your acceptance and when you confirm your attendance. You can hold your space in on-campus housing with a 10% deposit. You must be paid in full for campus housing by June 14, 2024.
Housing accommodations
We regret that we are unable to accommodate roommate requests. However, if you need accommodations in housing for any reason, email precollege@temple.edu to discuss the situation.
