We also invite you to reach out to our Office of Scholar Development and Fellowships Advising. This office is here to help you identify and apply for nationally and internationally competitive, merit-based awards. Developing and refining an application package that effectively communicates your strengths is challenging. Having guidance throughout the process helps.

Be sure to check websites for updated information about deadlines. Keep an eye open, too, for new opportunities posted on listservs.

The Lambert Foundation Scholarship
The Lambert Foundation, located in Radnor PA, has generously provided financial assistance to students in the Temple Honors Program since 1995. The Lambert Scholarship is an undergraduate full-tuition scholarship for the fall and spring semesters (up to 18 credits per semester) for Pennsylvania residents. There is no application for this scholarship and students are selected based on scholarship criteria.

The Adam Grickis Memorial Scholarship
The Adam Grickis Memorial Scholarship is for junior Honors Film and Media Arts students. Adam Grickis was an Honors student and film and media arts major at Temple University, full of talent and promise, a good friend to his friends, a young man with a great zest for life and love of learning. He died in a tragic car accident;  you can see his memorial stone on 12th Street across from the Tech Center. In the early spring, you’ll notice the dogwoods in bloom, planted in his memory. The scholarship has been endowed by Adam's parents, Sue and Rich Grickis.

The Sonkin-Weisman Scholars Program
The Sonkin-Weisman Scholars program cultivates the best possible educational experience at one of the nation’s leading urban, public research universities, propelling scholars toward world-class careers, graduate programs and fellowships. Sonkin-Weisman Scholars, all of which are College of Liberal Arts and Temple Honors students, guarantee $2000 toward three of four signature learning experiences: internship stipend, undergraduate research award, travel abroad experience, community leadership scholarship. There is no application and students are selected based on their Temple application, promise, and receiving the Presidential Scholarship.

Honors Student Grant Program
