If you choose to live on campus during your pre-college program, you will be assigned a roommate in your residence hall. Think of your roommates as built-in friends: they'll be with you for the entirety of your pre-college experience, and since residence halls are located on campus you'll always have someone to attend activities or explore with.
Prior to your arrival on campus, you will be asked to fill out a roommate preference survey. Your answers on this survey will allow us to match you with a roommate who shares your gender identity, and has a similar lifestyle and interests. You will meet your roommate on move-in day, and have time to talk about your expectations for your shared living space during move-in day orientation. Living in the residence halls with roommates is all part of the pre-college experience, and will help you connect with our vibrant university campus.
We want students to fully immerse themselves in their pre-college program and meet new people. We are unable to accommodate roommate matching requests in advance.
