Hi everyone! My name is Amanda and I am a sophomore biology major on the pre-dental track. I’m from the suburbs of Philly, in Downingtown, PA. On campus I’m part of the Pre-Dental Health Society, which is a great way to get involved and pursue even more opportunities, and I am also a research assistant in a biodiversity lab. In my free time I love hiking, swimming, baking, crafting, the NYT games, and just being outdoors! I also absolutely love the Phillies even though everyone says baseball’s the most boring sport. I’ll usually be up to listening to any type of music most of the time, but some of my favorites are Taylor Swift, Lana del Rey, Mt Joy, Noah Kahan, and Zach Bryan. I love being in the city and being able to go to new restaurants, cafes, and dessert places. I usually try going somewhere new every week and it’s been so fun to explore! Although I wasn’t initially sure about coming to Temple, since then I’ve met so many new people and have really grown to love campus. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
