Temple University offers the option to tour Main Campus in person. Available on weekdays and weekends, our campus tours feature an outdoor walking tour with an Owl Ambassador.
Health & Safety
Temple follows the guidelines and restrictions put in place through local, state and federal governments, as well as guidance issued by public health organizations, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
We are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone. All visitors must adhere to the university’s four public health pillars.
- Required use of face coverings
- Physical distancing by maintaining a six-foot distance between others
- Washing your hands often
- Routinely monitoring your own health
Participants should bring their own face coverings. Anyone not wearing a face covering will be asked to leave the tour group.
All visitors must follow Pennsylvania state travel advisories.
If you feel sick, please stay home and register for a campus tour on a later date. If you have questions about Temple’s health and safety guidelines for visitors, email firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information, visit temple.edu/coronavirus.
Tours are limited to two families per tour guide, with a maximum of six people per tour guide. A family is limited to three members: a prospective student and two guests.
Tours may not include many indoor spaces on campus, including residence halls.
Tours depart rain or shine. Registration is required and space is limited.
To help prioritize their college search process, we kindly ask that only current high school seniors and transfer students register for on-campus tours.
Currently, registration is only open through the remainder of 2020. Please check back soon for future tour dates.
