Hi! My name is Gianna! I am a sophomore majoring in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Psychology. I am from Old Forge, PA which is ten minutes away from Scranton (If you've watched The Office you know where Im talking about). I decided to come to Temple after seeing everything that the Honors Program had to offer while being able to be in such a vibrant city like Philadelphia!  I love exploring the city, traveling the world (ask me about study abroad), hanging out with my friends and, of course, being involved in the Honors Program. During the Fall 2025 semester I had the opportunity to study abroad at Temple's own campus in Rome, Italy and I've had some of the best experiences ever. Along with being an Honors Peer Mentor, I am also an Honors Ambassador.  I work at the Student Center as a Building Manager, where I assist with Building Operations. I am also a member of Alpha Xi Delta and Kappa Delta Pi! I'm super excited for this next semester since I will have the opportunity to start working in an elementary classroom! At home, I have two poodles, Ginger and Saige as well as a two year old niece.
