Hi! My name is Kezia Varghese, and I am a current sophomore majoring in Biology on the Pre-Dental Track with a minor in Healthcare Management. I’m from Langhorne, PA, but I’ve spent almost all my life growing up in Northeast Philadelphia. I love that Temple fosters a strong community and offers so many opportunities for student involvement. I am involved in the Pre-Dental Health Society, Alpha Epsilon Delta, and the American Student Dental Association, all of which provide me with valuable experiences outside the classroom and opportunities to further my personal and professional growth. I am also volunteering as an intern in the At Your Service program at Temple University Hospital. In my free time, I love to bake, explore the city, and meet new people! Being deeply rooted in South Indian culture, I’ve been an Indian classical dancer since I was six. Over the years, I’ve also trained in semi-classical and cinematic styles, and I now dance with a dance team called Philly Maza! I know transitioning into college is an exciting yet nerve-racking experience. But I promise that with time, you’ll settle right in and feel more at ease, making meaningful connections and discovering opportunities that will help you grow and succeed! Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have; I am excited to meet you all!
