Hi everyone! My name is Laasya (she/her) and I am a third-year CLA Neuroscience major with a minor in Clinical and Health Psychology on the pre-med track. I am from Northern Virginia, about an hour away from Washington DC, and I was drawn to Temple for its urban campus and extensive opportunities. The support from the tight-knit Honors community has made me feel truly comfortable at Temple. In addition to being a HATT, I am involved in Harm Reduction Coalition, Grey Matters Neuroscience Journal, Delta Kappa Delta Sorority, and CLA Ambassadors. I also do translational pain/addiction research at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine. In my free time, I love reading, thrifting, and exploring Philly with my friends.
