Hi everybody! My name is Maya (She/her) and I'm a rising sophomore biology major, with a minor in psychology. I am currently on the pre-med track with a strong interest in Pediatrics! I'm from Bethlehem, PA and graduated with an IB Diploma! In my free time, I loveee exploring the city and wandering upon random restaurants or parks that I've never been to. I also enjoy going to concerts (I saw SZA, Kendrick Lamar, and the Weeknd (my fav) over the summer), going out with friends, baking/cooking (a huge reason why I'm getting an apartment with a kitchen next semester!), hiking, and watching movies (my favorites being Moonlight and Black Panther!) I'm currently a member of Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students and Honors Black Scholars Alliance, which I would recommend anyone to join! When I'm home, I work retail at Hollister and spend time with my friends and dogs. I love chatting with anyone, so feel free to reach out at any time!
