Hello! My name is Rachel Scierka and I am a junior here at Temple University. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh PA (Go Steelers!) and made the journey across the state to study film here. I love watching movies, listening to music, and making just about anything I can which is part of the reason as to why I chose Temple! HATT isn’t the only thing that I do here; in fact I play drums in the marching band, am president of the film production club on campus, and even took a class in puppet making and performance this past semester. I love exploring all of the different ways that the arts intersect each other, and believe it or not, everything that I do plays a huge part in that exploration (including Temple Honors).
