Susan joined Temple in February 2025 with 25 years of experience in student and community engagement in Philadelphia. Prior to joining the University College team, Susan was Executive Director of After-School All-Stars, which provides comprehensive after-school programs at public schools in Philadelphia.  She previously served as Senior Director of Education and Community Engagement at the Kimmel Center, Executive Director of the Darlington Fine Arts Center, Executive Director for Young Audiences of Eastern PA and Director of Education for the Walnut Street Theater.
