No matter where you are in life, Temple University has flexible undergraduate degree program options to help you chart your course. Our Bachelor of General Studies program puts you in charge of your future.
Designed for students re-enrolling at Temple and adult students, the curriculum is fully customizable so you meet your academic, professional and personal goals. You’ll have the option to choose minors and certificate programs, or you can choose a broad subject grouping that builds on your previous coursework. And, you can take courses at any of our regional campuses or online. Our students receive personalized support to develop the curriculum that puts them on their path forward.

Academic Subject Groupings
Customize your degree by choosing a combination of minors and/or certificates across our schools and colleges, or by focusing your studies in a broad subject grouping based on coursework you’ve already completed. Each subject grouping is flexible and you’ll work with a Bachelor of General Studies advisor to select the coursework that fits your needs.
Subject groupings include arts and architecture; business, sports and communication; health and human services; humanities, education and social sciences; and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
