Addie was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee but has been in Philly since she started her undergraduate degree at Temple. She graduated with her Bachelor's of Arts in Global Studies and History as a double major, a minor in Political Science, and a certificate in Spanish. She is especially interested in international relations, global security, international refugee law, and Irish history. During her time as a Temple student, she worked part-time for the Honors staff and the Student Success Center, volunteered as an Honors Ambassador, planned events for the Honors Activities Board, and spent a semester abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Since graduating, Addie is continuing her work with the Honors staff while serving full-time as Temple's Next Steps AmeriCorps Team Leader for the Philadelphia Higher Education Network for Neighborhood Development (PHENND).
