Biography
Alyssa recruits prospective students from the city of Philadelphia, working closely with high school counselors and community organizations. Alyssa is also our primary contact for students in foster care. She reviews first-year applications for admission, and she works with on-campus partners to plan events and recruitment opportunities aimed at cultivating, enrolling and providing access to a diverse undergraduate student body.
Alyssa’s favorite place on campus is the Tyler School of Art and Architecture building because of how inspiring it is to see students' dynamic creations on display. She also loves Philadelphia for college students because it offers a wealth of cultural and historic learning opportunities that you can’t get everywhere. She encourages students to explore the city for its diversity and rich social landscape.
