As the indexer in International Admissions, Amy works with students in attaching their required documents to their application. In doing so, she prepares  students’ applications for review and potential admission by one of our counselors.

Amy was born in South Philadelphia and continues to live there, close to her parents and extended Italian family. After graduating from Temple University in 1994 with a degree in Elementary Education, she is thrilled to be working with students. Her favorite part of working in Admissions is assisting students and developing relationships with them and their families.

Her favorite campus lunch spot is the Teppanyaki truck near the School of Engineering. She also enjoys campus green spaces, which in the nice weather allow students to enjoy the outdoors.

Amy sees Philadelphia as a dynamic city to pursue one’s education. She encourages students to explore all that Philadelphia has to offer while living here and traveling to other nearby big cities. As the birthplace of America, Philadelphia is situated in a cultural mecca of food, art, music and history. Living and working in Philadelphia and at Temple University has provided Amy with a wealth of global awareness and experiences.
