Hello! My name is Elana DeJesus and I am a freshman neuroscience major on the pre-med track. I am from Milford, PA as well as Orwell, Ohio. I chose to come to Temple because of the opportunities and diversity it offers. In addition to this, my family is from North Philly and I am glad to be given the opportunity to connect with my grandparents more. Within the time I have spent in this community, my love for it has grown tremendously. In addition to being a HATT, I am the band manager for Temple University's Diamond Marching Band, and work at the welcome center as an Owl Ambassador. I enjoy taking the subway with my friends and exploring all this city has to offer. All of these experiences are making my time at Temple extremely memorable.
