As an International Admissions Counselor, Jessica recruits first-year students, and reviews first-year applications from all over the world for admissions to Temple University. Jessica’s primary territories are East Asia, Southeast Asia, and the English-speaking Caribbean.

As an alumna of Temple University, Jessica is looking forward to sharing all of the exciting opportunities that Temple has to offer, to students, families, and counselors she will meet during her travels. She is passionate about the growth and transformation students can experience while studying abroad as she studied abroad at Temple University Rome for a full academic year as a student. She returned to Temple University Rome from August 2022- May 2023 to work as an Alumni Assistant there, and support students with adjusting to life in Rome.

Jessica is excited to merge her enthusiasm for Temple University, her love for her hometown of Philadelphia, and her passion for international education together in the role of International Admissions Counselor.

Jessica’s advice to prospective international students would be to remember that you are not the only student who may feel intimidated and nervous your first semester on-campus. Meet as many students as you can through clubs and organizations and spark conversations with your classmates, as you never know where on campus you may form new friendships that you will carry on throughout your time at Temple!
