Katie’s favorite thing about Temple is the endless amount of opportunities to get involved. Temple supports all types of student activities and organizations, there really is something for everyone to get involved with. She also says that her favorite spot on campus is the Tyler School of Art & Architecture building. Her first college class was in that building and she said it’s nice to see the creative projects students are working on and the front lawn and courtyard of Tyler are the perfect places to lay out a blanket and read a book! When asked what advice she has for students looking to apply to Temple, she says to relax and be kind to yourself. It’s easy to get anxious when applying somewhere and awaiting an admissions decision. Trust the work you have been doing to get you to this point and enjoy it! The best thing you can do is your best!
