Hey Everyone! My name is Kirsten Lee (she/her) and I'm a junior Biology major and Cognitive Neuroscience minor on the Pre-Med track. My hometown in Montgomery County, PA is only about a half hour from campus, but aside from the proximity to home one of my very favorite things about Temple is the diversity and the opportunity to explore different cultures and interests from the student orgs. On campus. I'm involved in the university's branch of Operation Smile, Foundation of International Medicine Relief for Children and Korean Student's Association. I also work in reception in a medical center in North Philly. Aside from school, I am a huge foodie and love trying new places or coffee shops around the city, but on campus you'll definitely catch me waiting at any given food truck on campus! My free time is usually spent browsing flights and AirBnBs or rewatching my comfort shows like the GOT/HOTD, Rick and Morty, or anything Bachelor Nation. I know transitioning to life on campus can be really exciting, but daunting at the same time, but I promise there are always more options than you think to make the most of your college experience and your plans for the future. Feel free to email me with any questions or if you just want to chat over coffee about the Eagles, music recs, thrifting, or anything else!
