Hi! My name is Lucy, and I am a Junior Spanish and Sociology Major at Temple. I am from Columbia, South Carolina, and love talking about my experience as a (very) out-of-state student. I am also a Writing and Language Tutor through Temple’s Student Success Center, which is an extremely rewarding job right in the Charles Library. Outside of my job on campus, I work as a Behavioral Technician and am also serving as the Outreach Coordinator for the Students for Sensible Drug Policy (My friends and I were the founders of the Temple Chapter!) Being a Spanish major is a big part of my Temple experience - I was lucky enough to study abroad in Merida, Mexico through the Latin American Studies Semester.
