Hi! My name is Sanjana (she/her), and I am a sophomore Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience major from Nashua, New Hampshire! Though it is a far cry from Philadelphia, I truly cannot imagine myself anywhere else. Temple Honors has given me some of the best, most unique experiences of my life— like my unforgettable month in Prague this summer! Pro tip: studying brains is easier than figuring out European public transportation. If you’re interested in summer study abroad programs, I would be more than happy to share my experience :). Afterschool, I am one of the Honors Ambassador Coordinators (the best honors org!), on the executive board of TUCSA (a super cook community service org!), and a member of both the Hindu Student Council and the South Asian Student Society! Outside the academic hustle, I love photography, soccer, cooking, and reading. One of my favorite things to do in Philly is to explore new restaurants in Center City. I have found some crazy hidden gems by just walking around and picking a random new restaurant— the best finds are when you least expect them. I cannot wait to meet you! Feel free to reach out about anything I mentioned above, I’ll be more than happy to help. :)
