Synthia recruits first-year students in the state of California and reviews first-year applications for admission. Based in California, she meets with students, parents and counselors throughout the state to share information about Temple. Her favorite spot on campus is Polett Walk. It starts at the main entrance of campus and walks you past the beautiful Founders Garden and Bell Tower. When Synthia travels to campus, you can find her at one of our many sporting events or at our awesome food trucks. Synthia encourages students from California to visit campus and explore the beautiful city of Philadelphia and the awesome seasons the East Coast offers. She also encourages students to immerse themselves in campus activities, attend sporting events, join student organizations and intern in the city to maximize their college experience.
